Things to know before booking
- Check-In Time : 02 PM
- Check-Out Time : 11 AM
- Given the increased need for safety, hygiene and sanitization required at the villa, and for the safety of our guests and staff we cannot allow any early check-ins or late check-outs. The check-in and check-out timings mentioned online and in your confirmation email need to be followed.
- Outside food is allowed in the villa.
- Guests are not allowed to access the kitchen except for infants with prior permission.
- Linen will be changed every 2 days.
- Guests cannot invite other guests and day visitors during their stay.
- Bachelor groups & stag parties are not allowed.
- We do not encourage parties and late-night revelry. Loud music is not permitted beyond 8 pm.
- Consumption of alcohol is permitted only within limits.
- Illegal activities including but not limited to carrying/consuming drugs/narcotics and carrying firearms/weapons are prohibited on the property. Management reserves the right to report any such activities to local authorities.
- Smoking within the villa/rooms is prohibited.
- The pool is unguarded. There is no lifeguard on site. Children in the pool must be accompanied by adults at all times.
- Guests are requested to take care of all personal valuables. Management is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to any items.
- As required by law, every guest must carry government-approved photo ID proof, that shows address. We accept only Aadhar Cards, Driving Licenses and Passports.
- Inappropriate behaviour or violation of any of the above House Rules will invite a polite refusal to accept a Booking. If already checked in, Management reserves the right to ask guests to leave.
- In case of special occasions like wedding and pre wedding ceremonies, milestone celebrations and events, and similar such events that require the parts or entire estate, whether they require elaborate arrangements or not, are at the sole discretion and explicit permission of the management. These need to be informed at the time of booking, and additional venue charges, additional deposits and charges for time efforts and specialised skills needed for prior arrangements and post event cleanup will apply.
- This is a 5-bedroom pool villa.
- Room amenities include an ensuite bathroom in all rooms, a wardrobe, and WiFi.
- Up to 1 car can be parked on site.
- The approach road is narrow. A big MPV will not be able to naviagte towards the home.
- The villa houses an industrial kitchen for use at additional charges. The guests can arrange for their chef for meals.
- In case of a power outage or fluctuations, generators can be switched on. However, power outages or fluctuations due to weather, regional restrictions, etc. are beyond our control. Hence, diesel charges for genset operation will need to be paid by the guests after the first 2 hours of usage, the prices for further usage will be INR 1000 per hour. The genset needs to be switched off for 30 minutes, after every two hours of usage, to avoid a breakdown.
- Considering the unique location of the villa, Internet connectivity can be affected due to the falling of trees, heavy rains, or other causes
- As the monsoon season approaches and the coastal winds blow, we wanted to take a moment to inform you about a possibility that comes with this beautiful weather: power outages. At SaffronStays, your comfort and safety are our top priorities. In anticipation of potential power interruptions, our diligent villa staff will be on standby to ensure your stay remains uninterrupted. Our reliable power backup system will kick in swiftly. To maintain the stability of the backup system and protect all our guests, we kindly request your cooperation in refraining from using certain high-power-consuming appliances such as air conditioners and geysers during these periods.
- Candolim is well known for its serene beaches, vibrant nightlife, and a mix of cultural and recreational activities.
- The main attraction of the area is Candolim Beach (1.4 km) itself. This long and expansive beach offers a peaceful atmosphere, making it perfect for relaxing walks, sunbathing, or engaging in water sports like parasailing, jet-skiing, banana boat rides, and more.
- Located nearby (10 mins drive), Fort Aguada is a historic Portuguese fort that offers stunning panoramic views of the Arabian Sea. The fort also houses a lighthouse and a well-preserved freshwater reservoir.
- Candolim has a lively nightlife with numerous beach clubs, shacks, and bars. Enjoy live music, dance to the tunes of DJs, and savor the beachfront ambiance.
- Take a boat trip from Candolim to spot dolphins in their natural habitat. Many operators offer morning and evening dolphin cruises, providing an opportunity to see the playful creatures.

Nice homely stay. The design and overall mode is like staying at a friend place
The most beautiful air bnb!! It really made our stay in Goa. We were able to relax in the home which was quiet and peaceful and away from the main road, but it was also a short walk to the beach and some good restaurants and a yoga studio. We were also very well taken care of during our stay with yummy breakfasts and tea and coffee and cleaning.

Awesome property to spend time with your family or friends. All the interiors are aesthetically done, the swimming pool and the deck area is huge enough for having your mini parties. Ample parking space and hardly 2 minutes walk to the Candolim Main Street. Calm and peaceful despite being so close to the hustle and bustle. Special mention for the caretaker Pankaj and his wife, they are too good and the breakfast served was lip smacking everytime. They are very helpful and well mannered and always smiling. Go for this property without any doubts. Do note they have CCTV cameras in the living room and the pool area as well. Living room I can still understand, but the swimming pool area camera I felt can invade privacy. They can cover it if asked though.
My stay at Saffron Stays was exactly what we had hoped for. It was relaxing, and the villa, Tudor, was perfectly nestled in a very central location in Candolim. The villa was large, airy, and conveniently close to most of the eateries, making it easy to navigate with children. The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive. A delightful surprise was a young daughter of the staff who made friends with my kids and went out of her way to ensure we were comfortable. I would highly recommend any of the Saffron Stays properties, especially this one in Goa, for a quick weekend getaway.

A really pristine and luxurious stay. The USP being the architecture itself, with the complete wood luxurious structure. 10/10 on the location, 10/10 on the stay, 10/10 on the hospitality. A must recommended stay near Candolim for everyone.

Beautiful plush luxurious home. the interiors were beautiful, wooden finish and the chandeliers added to the charms. The pool and patio was clean, rooms and all the areas well maintained. Pankaj was very active and helped us with all our needs. Thanks to Rajesh for assisting. Very close to Candolim beach and all other places for food and to explore. Loved every element of the home, would love to visit soon.
