SaffronStays Tudor Rose is a unique 5-bedroom villa in Panchgani perched atop a hill and surrounded by tall eucalyptus trees, offering stunning views of the valley and tableland. Inspired by Tudor-style architecture from Wales and England, this wooden chalet features beautifully crafted interiors with wooden accents and artefacts collected from around the world. With a private pool, outdoor bar, children’s play area, and strong Wi-Fi connectivity, the villa is ideal for staycations, celebrations, and workations near Mumbai and Pune.

Things to know before booking
- Check-In Time : 1 PM
- Check-Out Time : 10 AM
- Given the increased need for safety, hygiene and sanitization required at the villa, and for the safety of our guests and staff we cannot allow any early check-ins or late check-outs. The check-in and check-out timings mentioned online and in your confirmation email need to be followed.
- Guests are not allowed to access the kitchen except for infants with prior permission.
- Guests cannot invite other guests and day visitors during their stay.
- Bachelor groups & stag parties are not allowed.
- We do not encourage parties and late-night revelry. Loud music is not permitted beyond 10 pm.
- Consumption of alcohol is permitted only within limits.
- Illegal activities including but not limited to carrying/consuming drugs/narcotics and carrying firearms/weapons are prohibited on the property. Management reserves the right to report any such activities to local authorities.
- Guests are prohibited from smoking and setting up hookahs in the rooms/villa/lawns.
- The pool (if present) is unguarded. There is no lifeguard on site. Children in the pool must be accompanied by adults at all times.
- Guests are requested to take care of all personal valuables. Management is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to any items.
- As required by law, every guest above 4 years must carry government-approved photo ID proof, that shows address. We accept only Aadhar Cards, Driving Licenses and Passports.
- Inappropriate behaviour or violation of any of the above House Rules will invite a polite refusal to accept a Booking. If already checked in, Management reserves the right to ask guests to leave.
- No crackers or colours are permitted in this home.
- All payments for booking the villa, including meals will have to be pre-paid prior to checkin. Security Deposit collected during booking will be returned during check-out or by NEFT within 5 business days after check-out, provided no damages are observed. To avoid inconvenience, we will not be accepting cash onsite for any reasons henceforth.
- Security deposit is to be paid two days prior to check-in. If no damages are observed, the deposit will be returned during check-out itself or by NEFT within 5 business days after check-out. Please Note: The Security Deposit is subject to change depending upon the number of nights and the group size. Please check with your holiday advisor at the time of booking.
- In case of special occasions like wedding and pre wedding ceremonies, milestone celebrations and events, and similar such events that require the parts or entire estate, whether they require elaborate arrangements or not, are at the sole discretion and explicit permission of the management. These need to be informed at the time of booking, and additional venue charges, additional deposits and charges for time efforts and specialised skills needed for prior arrangements and post event cleanup will apply.
- Please Note - Panchgani experiences Load shedding by MSEB every Tuesday, between 9 am and 6 pm
- The guests can book a minimum of 3 bedrooms out of the total 5 bedrooms.
- Cleaning charges are applicable INR 1000 per day.
- Diesel will be charged at Rs 1000 per hour of usage.
- BBQ charges are INR 2000 per session.
- The home may be frequently visited by monkeys. We request you to shut the windows and doors in unattended rooms. Please do not feed the monkeys.
- If you are a dog lover, you are sure to be delighted by the in-house pet dogs, Jackie and Tuffy.
- The cool climate of Panchgani is the perfect excuse not to install ACs in the living room.
- Guests are requested to carry proper swimwear if they wish to access the pool.
- Considering the unique location of the villa, Internet connectivity can get affected due to falling of trees, heavy rains or other causes.
- The home is in a rural area of Maharashtra, powered by MSEB. In case of disruption due to fluctuation, we have a Genset that burns out beyond 6 hours of usage. It needs to be turned off after every 2 hours for 30 minutes to avoid a breakdown.
- There is an inverter back up which is capable to power fans and some lights for a few hours. There after for sleeping with Air conditioners genset can be used .
- Smoking (includes sheesha and hookah) within the villa/rooms is prohibited
- Shop for fresh produce and local knick-knacks from the Panchgani market located a 10 minutes drive from this bungalow in Panchgani.
- Guests can also visit popular tourist attractions like Table Land (10 km), Kates Point (15 km), Venna Lake (17 km), Mahavir Swami Jain Temple (15km) and Parsi Point (2 kms).
- Buy some fresh jams from the Mapro Garden located a 9 minutes drive from this rental villa in Panchgani.
- Indulge in an afternoon of cheese and slush tasting at the Pure Gold Cheese Factory located a 5 minutes drive from the home.

We recently stayed at Tudor Rose, and it was truly a wonderful experience. The villa has a unique A-shaped design with rich wooden interiors that give it a warm, rustic charm. The living room is beautifully decorated with interesting artefacts that add a lot of character and make the space feel very inviting. It’s a spacious 5BHK villa with great amenities. The swimming pool and outdoor bar are perfect for relaxing, and the views overlooking the valley make the entire setting feel peaceful and refreshing. The master bedroom is located on a lovely mezzanine level, accessed by a small staircase from the main living area, which gives it a cozy loft-like feel. The meals were simple, home-style, and delicious. Overall, we had an amazing time here unwinding and relaxing. It’s a great place to slow down, enjoy the surroundings, and spend quality time with family or friends. Would definitely recommend it.
It was a great stay and the care taker Ashok was very helpful and considerate. We had an amazing time at this property. The view was spectacular. Would definitely visit again.

Best weekend gateway in Panchgani. Spacious villa with 5 bedrooms. Villa has beautiful wooden structure which makes it more amazing. Tudor has enough outsider space to play cricket and swimming pool. You can enjoy sunrise. Must visit for friends and family

Staff , caretaker were very good in their wool
The villa is very beautiful and good location and great vibe, but the staff and basic services are in adequate. We knew there is no fully functional kitchen but basics like tea/coffee bread and butter were not provided for hours. Had requested the caretaker to help with a cake for a friend's birthday and they just said they would and no response at all. Very upset with the service of the place having paid 50k a night don't expect this especially when it's a birthday trip Could do better on that.

Overall a good stay and location is amazing. We just had issue with tap water every morning. Other than that all went well. Highly recommend this place.

A good place for a family weekend
The property is great, but the staff in the house is really really very warm and nice make you feel loved and at your service whenever needed

It was one of the best experiences. The staff was so helpful and went out of their way to take care of us specially the kids. The rooms were super clean. It was a very special holiday as we got together for the furst time as a family and we needed full privacy and that's exactly why I chose SaffronStays. We really enjoyed our stay at Tudor Rose. The caretaker Ravi and his wife were really warm and welcoming and took great care of us. The bungalow was also really nice and new, and had a nice pool which was perfect for splashing around in.

We stayed in the property from 18th-20th Feb 2022.This is an outstanding property with all modern amenities.All the rooms/washrooms & living area were super clean & completely hygienic.It has 5 spacious clean rooms with good Wi-Fi connections.Amazing pool area with drinks bar & barbecue!The best part of the property is super engaging caretakers Ravi & Palak.They made sure that breakfast is served on time with amazing taste & quality.Ravi is super friendly & an outstanding cook for mutton/chicken/paneer/pineapple & potato kebab.Both veg & non veg kebab were super tasty.A complete 5 star rating for the property & amazing hospitality by Ravi & Palak.Though cooking is not alllowed in the property but Ravi made sure that we get amazing home cooked super tasty veg & non veg food from one of his friends(Gajanan) house at an extra cost & arrange for lunch & dinner on time as per the instructions given.if you are a mutton lover don’t forget to have nicely marinated mutton barbecue kebab & mutton handi in true kolhapuri style.Paneer & pineapple barbecue for veg lovers. We were 13 people in the group & everyone incld kids enjoyed the tasty food at the property.Must visit place👠5 star experience!
Stay was in good, peaceful and comfortable. Few points from us as a constructive feedback 1. Swimming pool was available but the water was so cold we could not jump in. At this price point heated pool would be good. 2. Security cameras inside living room invades family privacy 3. Dogs hair were flying all around, even though they were cleaning the place but still. 4. Atleast one king size bed would have been good as some one within the family would have a kid to co-sleep. Space becomes too tight. 5. Food served for breakfast could be better. Bread and omelette served were good. Overall enjoyed the stay and would like to come back again and recommend to others. Thank you.
