- Check-In Time : 02 PM
- Check-Out Time : 11 AM
- Given the increased need for safety, hygiene and sanitization required at the villa, and for the safety of our guests and staff we cannot allow any early check-ins or late check-outs. The check-in and check-out timings mentioned online and in your confirmation email need to be followed.
- Outside food is not allowed.
- Guests are not allowed to access the kitchen.
- No outside guests or day visitors allowed during the stay.
- Bachelor and stag groups are not allowed.
- Parties and late-night revelry are discouraged.
- Loud music is not permitted after 10 PM.
- Alcohol consumption and smoking are not permitted within the villa premises
- Illegal activities, including drugs, narcotics, or weapons, are strictly prohibited and will be reported.
- Smoking inside rooms or enclosed spaces is not allowed.
- Guests are responsible for their personal belongings; management is not liable for any loss or damage.
- Valid government ID (Aadhar Card, Driving License, or Passport) is required for all guests above 4 years.
- Management reserves the right to deny or cancel bookings in case of inappropriate behaviour or rule violations.

The property is well situated with beautiful rooms. The staff is very polite and professional and the food variety and taste is awesome. Big shout out to Deepak who made our stay even more comfortable. Homely food…..meadows like views….total offbeat.
Really cooperative and professional staff . The food, the accommodation, the view , the surroundings is just soo good . Every meal we had was so satisfying and tasty . Special thanks to deepak gupta jee for his service he was really nice and helpful. Just loved our stay .
Please keep more better options for Driver stay
The property is quite good. Service is good. Staff is super sweet especially Kishan Singh and Vidyanand Guard. Baadal-The Dog at the property is also cute and friendly. The owner - Major Ravindra is a retired army personnel and everything at the property has been curated minutely. The quality of grass in the lawn, glass bottles kept inside the rooms and furniture (lounge chairs) deserve special mention. I am surely coming back here again. Food is also quite good. It’s home away from home.
