What it feels like staying at The Private League, Karjat
Thank you for your wonderful rating and feedback! We're delighted to know you had a great experience with us. We truly appreciate your support and look forward to hosting you again soon.
Our recent stay with Saffron Stays was unfortunately disappointing, primarily due to a clear lack of transparency regarding the rooms. The property offers four bedrooms, but what is not disclosed is the significant inequality in their size and quality. Two rooms are large and comfortable, while the other two—particularly the ones to the right upon entry—are considerably smaller, with substandard bathrooms and toilets. This is not a minor variation; it is a stark difference that directly affects the experience. When four families or couples are booking together and paying equally, there is a basic expectation of fairness. It is unreasonable that some guests end up with markedly inferior rooms despite paying the same amount. This creates avoidable discomfort within the group and reflects poorly on the hosting standards. Saffron Stays should mandatorily disclose the exact dimensions and details of each room in their listings, just as hotels do. Failing to do so borders on misrepresentation, as guests are led to assume a level of uniformity that simply does not exist. We were fortunate that our group was accommodating—otherwise, this situation could easily have led to a change of property mid-stay. To their credit, the staff were helpful and the food was good, which partially offset the experience. However, that does not excuse the lack of clarity in something as fundamental as room allocation. This is a serious gap, and one that Saffron Stays needs to address if they wish to maintain trust and credibility
