• Given the increased need for safety, hygiene and sanitization required at the villa, and for the safety of our guests and staff we cannot allow any early check-ins or late check-outs. The check-in and check-out timings mentioned online and in your confirmation email need to be followed.

• Guests are not allowed to access the kitchen except for infants with prior permission.
• Guests cannot invite other guests and day visitors during their stay.
• Bachelor groups & stag parties are not allowed.
• We do not encourage parties and late-night revelry. Loud music is not permitted beyond 10 pm.
• Consumption of alcohol is permitted only within limits.
• Illegal activities including but not limited to carrying/consuming drugs/narcotics and carrying firearms/weapons are prohibited on the property. Management reserves the right to report any such activities to local authorities.
• Smoking within the villa/rooms is prohibited.
• The pool (if present) is unguarded. There is no lifeguard on site. Children in the pool must be accompanied by adults at all times.
• Guests are requested to take care of all personal valuables. Management is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to any items.
• As required by law, every guest above 4 years must carry government-approved photo ID proof, that shows address. We accept only Aadhar Cards, Driving Licenses and Passports.
• Inappropriate behavior or violation of any of the above House Rules will invite a polite refusal to accept a Booking. If already checked in, Management reserves the right to ask guests to leave.
• All payments for booking the villa, including meals will have to be pre-paid prior to check-in. Security Deposit collected during booking will be returned during check-out or by NEFT within 5 business days after check-out, provided no damages are observed. To avoid inconvenience, we will not be accepting cash onsite for any reasons henceforth.
• Security deposit is to be paid two days prior to check-in. If no damages are observed, the deposit will be returned during check-out itself or by NEFT within 5 business days after check-out. Please Note: The Security Deposit is subject to change depending upon the number of nights and the group size. Please check with your holiday advisor at the time of booking.
• In case of special occasions like wedding and pre wedding ceremonies, milestone celebrations and events, and similar such events that require the parts or entire estate, whether they require elaborate arrangements or not, are at the sole discretion and explicit permission of the management. These need to be informed at the time of booking, and additional venue charges, additional deposits and charges for time efforts and specialized skills needed for prior arrangements and post event cleanup will apply.

Spa Jacuzzi Rules:

• Please shower before entering the Jacuzzi.
• Wear suitable attire.
• Only 4 adults are allowed at a time.
• Enter & exit with care.
• No pushing or jumping into the Jacuzzi.
• Water temperature maintained only around 30 degree Celsius for the Spa Jacuzzi.
• Shampoo, soap, suncream or lotion and food, beverages or glassware are not allowed into the Jacuzzi.
• Swimming caps are required for ladies with long hair.
• Please maintain cleanliness and hygiene at all times.
• Children/infants must be supervised by adults at all times.
• Pregnant women, elderly persons or anyone with medical concerns should consult a doctor before using these facilities.
• All guests use the Jacuzzi at their own risk. The management is not responsible for accidents or injuries that may occur while using the facilities.
• In case of an emergency, please notify caretaker immediately.
• Please do not drain and fill in water yourself and please call caretaker for further assistance.
• The Spa Jacuzzi usage fee is ₹2,000/- (inclusive of all taxes) for 2 hours (per guest) of use.
• Failure to adhere to these rules may result in a fine of ₹10,000/- which will be charged to the guest’s account.

• Please Note—Panchgani experiences Load shedding by MSEB every Tuesday, between 9 am and 6 pm
• Jacuzzi charges 2000 plus taxes applicable only for 2 hrs. Note: Jacuzzi usage only possible if there is no booking at Red Brick House.
• Genset usage is complementary for the first 4 hours, post which will be charged INR 1000/- per hour.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa. However, if guests wish to smoke, they can do so outside the home in the garden/lawn area.
• The home is the perfect place to be for a digital detox and to feel closer to nature and is situated in the same premises as SaffronStays Red Brick House (four bedroom) and The Glass Grove (one bedroom).
• Guests can choose to use the jacuzzi at an additional charge of Rs.2000 plus GST for 2 hours. Payment can be made in cash directly at the home. The jacuzzi is shared with the Red Brick house and the Glass Grove to avoid post-booking confusion.
• Estate Layout:
• Redbrick House = 4 Bedroom Villa (Can host up to 8 guests); sold separately.
• The Glass Grove = 1 Bedroom Villa (Can host up to 3 guests.); sold separately.
• The lawn area of the estate is common to both properties.
• Considering the unique location of the villa, Internet connectivity can get affected due to falling of trees, heavy rains or other causes
• Smoking (includes sheesha and hookah) within the villa/rooms is prohibited

• Get your dose of strawberry at the popular Mapro Garden, which is 8 mins from the home.
• Shop for fresh produce, leather goods and other trinkets from the Panchgani market. 
• During the strawberry picking season, you could also visit a nearby strawberry farm.
• You can visit the wax museum and a scary house right opposite Mapro gardens.
• You could also visit some other touristy spots including Table Land (14 mins) and Venna Lake (32 mins).
