Designed for nature lovers, seniors, and multi-generational families, this 3000+ sq. ft. colonial-style home blends the charm of a traditional Parsi household with thoughtful comforts, wheelchair accessibility, a private swimming pool, a lush lawn, and a cozy hall filled with books and board games. Guests can enjoy slow, calming activities that complement the villa’s serene surroundings—crossing a wooden bridge over a gentle stream, strolling through the gardens, savouring homely meals prepared by the in-house caretaker, or unwinding in the library with quiet nature views. Its open pathways, minimal steps, and spacious interiors make it especially convenient for elderly guests seeking a relaxed, grounded escape away from the city.
Every season brings a new mood to the gardens at Silver Falls—from monsoon waterfalls and misty winter mornings to summers filled with butterflies, blooming flowers, and birdsong. After sunset, fireflies illuminate the lawn, adding a magical glow to the peaceful landscape. Located just 40 minutes from Lonavala market and close to scenic points like Tiger Point, this villa serves as the ideal retreat for anyone seeking comfort, accessibility, and year-round natural beauty.
Please note the Swimming Pool is not operational currently.
Layout of the Home:
- This villa opens to a large lawn and a private swimming pool, leading into a spacious, wheelchair-friendly hall with a library and TV.
- One bedroom is attached to the hall with easy access to a patio overlooking serene mountain views—perfect for elderly guests.
- Two more bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms are located on the left side of the home.
- The kitchen is well-equipped and managed by an in-house caretaker.
- At the back, you’ll find a vegetable garden, a stream with a wooden bridge, and a dedicated space for BBQs or bonfires—perfect for relaxed, nature-filled evenings that match the calming ambience of Silver Falls.

Things to know before booking
- Check-In Time : 1 PM
- Check-Out Time : 10 AM
- Given the increased need for safety, hygiene and sanitization required at the villa, and for the safety of our guests and staff we cannot allow any early check-ins or late check-outs. The check-in and check-out timings mentioned online and in your confirmation email need to be followed.
- Outside food is not allowed in the villa.
- Guests are not allowed to access the kitchen except for infants with prior permission.
- Guests cannot invite other guests and day visitors during their stay.
- Bachelor groups & stag parties are not allowed.
- We do not encourage parties and late-night revelry. Loud music is not permitted beyond 10 pm.
- Consumption of alcohol is permitted only within limits.
- Illegal activities including but not limited to carrying/consuming drugs/narcotics and carrying firearms/weapons are prohibited on the property. Management reserves the right to report any such activities to local authorities.
- Smoking within the villa/rooms is prohibited.
- The pool (if present) is unguarded. There is no lifeguard on site. Children in the pool must be accompanied by adults at all times.
- Guests are requested to take care of all personal valuables. Management is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to any items.
- As required by law, every guest above 4 years must carry government-approved photo ID proof, that shows address. We accept only Aadhar Cards, Driving Licenses and Passports.
- Inappropriate behaviour or violation of any of the above House Rules will invite a polite refusal to accept a Booking. If already checked in, Management reserves the right to ask guests to leave.
- The caretaker will accommodate all your requirements throughout the stay. Housekeeping and cleaning staff will be available at the villa for your convenience.
- You can park up to 3 cars on the villa property.
- The depth of the pool is 4 feet.
- Please note: Access to the forest is restricted. Guests are requested not to trespass the area for safety reasons.
- Considering the unique location of the villa, Internet connectivity can get affected due to falling of trees, heavy rains or other causes
- Due to its location, electricity supply can be intermittent, impacting amenities like hot water and air conditioning. While we do have a generator to power essential appliances like fans, lights, a single geyser, and one air conditioner, please be prepared for potential disruptions in service.
- A trained onsite cook will serve you fresh, home-cooked meals.
- Guests are requested to share their meal preferences a minimum of 48 hours before check-in.
- Smoking (includes sheesha and hookah) within the villa/rooms is prohibited.

We had an enjoyable, comfortable and memorable stay at Silver Falls. The view from the villa is gorgeous! The bedrooms are large and airy and the villa is tastefully done up. The Indian menu was great, food tasty and well cooked. The Chinese dishes not so good. A few tiny details had been overlooked, for instance, there is no space in the almirahs to hang one’s clothes and the bathrooms need some simple additions. Overall, we had a great time at Silver Falls and would recommend it for a refreshing get-away. The peace and quiet along with the scenic views are great for the soul! The caretaker and his family are warm and caring.
There could have more variety in food with more options for party. You van add TT table and billiords table for more activities. You can tell caretaker to find more trekking path or any external activity.

The location is very good. Road to reach is good but very small. The property is wel maintained including small pool. Food is good but you need to order it first. They are very particular about timings. They should show some flexibility. Overall experience is very good. excellent location for family. Safe place
The place is nice, completely surrounded by lush green meadows and jungle. The food was homely and the staff were pretty sweet. The nicely kept house had a retro antique vibe. I loved my stay at the villa.
