Yes, we do have a first-aid kid onsite, stocked with Dettol, band-aids and over-the-counter medicines like Metacin, Crocin etc.

The home has all 4 bedrooms on the ground floor with a small set of steps that can be comfortably climbed.

In case of a medical emergency, the caretaker has the numbers for doctor-on-call or ambulance service-on-call. The home is ambulance accessible.

Given the location of the home amidst nature, you may spot some creepy crawlies (especially during rains). It is a request to reach out to the caretaker in such cases and not harm them - they are harmless until we bother them. Guests are requested to always keep the doors closed (especially while unattended) and close the windows at 6 pm.
How to get there
While roads connecting to the property are good, guests are advised to travel by SUV cars also check the road and weather conditions before leaving for a road trip.

Check-in time at 1 pm and check-out time is 10 am. Please note that check-out timings are strict as we need to ready the rooms for our next booking. Guests are requested to respect the timing of other guests as well. In case you wish to check in a little early or check out a little late, do inform us at the time of booking. Additional charges will be applied. Late check-out charges includes meals (lunch).
As required by law, all adults have to provide their government-approved Photo IDs (that clearly show their residential address) at the time of Check-in. Your co-operation is of utmost importance to us.

Yes, there is a private pool within the complex. The depth of the pool is around 4.5 ft. Pool timings are between 9 am to 7 pm. The water is chlorinated.. As there is no lifeguard on hand, guests are advised to be cautious (especially around kids) and to refrain from swimming late at night.

Meals are provided onsite and can be availed at additional charges. We levy an on-site cash handling charge (₹500) and request you to pay for all meals before check-in to avoid this inconvenience. Things to know before booking
Check-In and Check-Out:
- Check-In Time : 1 PM
- Check-Out Time : 10 AM
- Given the increased need for safety, hygiene and sanitization required at the villa, and for the safety of our guests and staff we cannot allow any early check-ins or late check-outs. The check-in and check-out timings mentioned online and in your confirmation email need to be followed.
House Rules:
- Outside food is not allowed in the villa.
- Guests are not allowed to access the kitchen except for infants with prior permission.
- Guests cannot invite other guests and day visitors during their stay.
- Bachelor groups & stag parties are not allowed.
- We do not encourage parties and late-night revelry. Loud music is not permitted beyond 10 pm.
- Consumption of alcohol is permitted only within limits.
- Illegal activities including but not limited to carrying/consuming drugs/narcotics and carrying firearms/weapons are prohibited on the property. Management reserves the right to report any such activities to local authorities.
- Smoking within the villa/rooms is prohibited.
- The pool (if present) is unguarded. There is no lifeguard on site. Children in the pool must be accompanied by adults at all times.
- Guests are requested to take care of all personal valuables. Management is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to any items.
- As required by law, every guest above 18 years must carry government-approved photo ID proof, that shows address. We accept only Aadhar Cards, Driving Licenses and Passports.
- Inappropriate behaviour or violation of any of the above House Rules will invite a polite refusal to accept a Booking. If already checked in, Management reserves the right to ask guests to leave.
About the Property:
- Smoking (includes sheesha and hookah) within the villa/rooms is prohibited.
- Safety Advisory: The last stretch of the road is narrow and uneven with a rocky surface. Kindly drive slowly while approaching the property.
- Given the location of the home amidst nature, you may spot some creepy crawlies (especially during rains). It is a request to reach out to the caretaker in such cases and not harm them - they are harmless until we bother them. Guests are requested to always keep the doors closed (especially while unattended) and close the windows at 6 pm.
- Network connectivity may be intermittent on parts of the route to the villa. Guests are advised to download offline maps and essential information before travelling.
- CCTV cameras are installed in the common outdoor areas along with Living room and dining area for security. There are no cameras inside the bedrooms.
- Right besides the pool there is a steep valley, be cautious around the pool with kids.
