Yes, this is a pet-friendly villa. Pets will be charged at an additional cost of Rs. 800 per pet. A refundable deposit may also be applied. Pets are not allowed on any of the furniture and will be restricted to the verandah area. Pet owners need to carry along food and bedding for their pets.

Yes, the home is child-friendly.
There is ample space for children to move around, along with indoor activities to keep them engaged. Board games and outdoor games are available; please check with the caretaker for options. A basic first-aid kit with essentials like antiseptic and band-aids is also provided for minor injuries.
Parents are advised to supervise children at all times while they play around the property.

5. Do you have a problem with mosquitoes? How do you deal with it to make our stay more comfortable?
All rooms are equipped with mosquito repellents. Guests are advised to keep windows closed post 5:30 PM to prevent mosquitoes and insects from entering the home.

Loud music is strictly not permitted after 10 PM. Given the location of the home, music may be played at a moderate volume during permitted hours.
Guests are requested to be mindful of neighbours and ensure noise levels remain within the villa at all times.
Yes, smoking is allowed but strictly not inside the home. If you wish to smoke, please do so outside in the garden/lawn area.
Alcohol consumption is permitted within limits. We do not encourage late night revelry or loud music.
Check-in is at 2 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. Please note that check-out timings are strict, as we need to prepare the rooms for incoming guests. We request you to be mindful of other guests’ schedules as well. If you would like an early check-in or a late check-out, please inform us at the time of booking. This will be subject to availability.
As required by law, all adults have to provide their government-approved Photo IDs (that clearly show their residential address) at the time of Check-in. Your co-operation is of utmost importance to us.
Guests will have access to designated common areas on the property, including the living room, garden, and other shared spaces. Guests are strictly not permitted to enter neighbouring properties under any circumstances. We request all guests to respect the privacy and personal space of the surrounding homes.
Accommodation
Yes, accommodation for drivers and house help is available at an additional charge of ₹1500 per person, per night. Meals (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner) are included and can be arranged separately with the caretaker at the property, payable in cash. Up to 4 individuals can be accommodated.
The estate is divided into two sections: a 3-bedroom space on the first floor and a 4-bedroom space across the second and third floors. Each section can be booked separately, or the entire 7-bedroom villa can be reserved together.
Free parking is available onsite (driveway). There is also a public car park nearby.
Food and Beverages
Yes, vegetarian, Jain and non-vegetarian meals are available. Details will be shared at the property.
Yes, alcohol consumption is permitted within limits. There are no corkage charges.
Guests do not have access to the kitchen. However, mothers of infants or young children may be allowed limited access to boil milk or prepare basic meals for their children.

Yes, there are CCTV cameras installed in the living room, common areas and outside sections. Private bedrooms and bathrooms are not monitored.
Yes, we do have a first-aid kid onsite, stocked with Dettol, band-aids and over-the-counter medicines like Metacin, Crocin etc.

Payments
A Guest is entitled to a refund of 75% if he/she cancels the confirmed booking upto 15 days before the Date of Check-In (before 1 PM).
A Guest is entitled to a refund of 50% if he/she cancels the confirmed booking upto 7 days before the Date of Check-In (before 1 PM)
If the Guest cancels within 7 days of the Date of Check-In, he/she is entitled to no refund.
Unfortunately, there is no option for part payment. Guests are required to pay 100% of the payment before check-in.
Once you have chosen your dates and your booking has been accepted, you will receive a payment link where the payment can be processed.
In case you're unable to make an online payment through the link, you could also deposit the cash in our bank account directly. We also offer other options like PayTM, NEFT/IMPS or UPI.
Security deposit is to be paid two days prior to check-in. If no damages are observed, the deposit will be returned during check-out itself or by NEFT within 5 business days after check-out.
No. All payments for booking the villa, including meals, will have to be pre-paid prior to check-in. Security Deposit collected during booking will be returned during check-out or by NEFT within 5 business days after check-out, provided no damages are observed. To avoid inconvenience, we will not be accepting cash onsite for any reasons henceforth.

Things to know before booking
Check-In and Check-Out:
- Check-In Time : 02 PM
- Check-Out Time : 11 AM
- Given the increased need for safety, hygiene and sanitization required at the villa, and for the safety of our guests and staff we cannot allow any early check-ins or late check-outs. The check-in and check-out timings mentioned online and in your confirmation email need to be followed.
House Rules:
- Outside food is not allowed in the villa.
- Guests are not allowed to access the kitchen except for infants with prior permission.
- Guests cannot invite other guests and day visitors during their stay.
- Bachelor groups & stag parties are not allowed.
- We do not encourage parties and late-night revelry. Loud music is not permitted beyond 10 pm.
- Consumption of alcohol is permitted only within limits.
- Illegal activities including but not limited to carrying/consuming drugs/narcotics and carrying firearms/weapons are prohibited on the property. Management reserves the right to report any such activities to local authorities.
- Smoking within the villa/rooms is prohibited.
- The pool (if present) is unguarded. There is no lifeguard on site. Children in the pool must be accompanied by adults at all times.
- Guests are requested to take care of all personal valuables. Management is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to any items.
- As required by law, every guest above 18 years must carry government-approved photo ID proof, that shows address. We accept only Aadhar Cards, Driving Licenses and Passports.
- Inappropriate behaviour or violation of any of the above House Rules will invite a polite refusal to accept a Booking. If already checked in, Management reserves the right to ask guests to leave.
About the Property:
- The villa is available as a private 3-bedroom stay within a larger 7-bedroom estate; when the entire property is booked, all spaces are for exclusive guest use.
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and prior confirmation
- Valid government-issued ID is mandatory for all guests; PAN cards are not accepted
