Set at 7,300 ft above sea level, Whispering Alps is a pet-friendly 3-bedroom wooden chalet-style villa, part of a larger 7-bedroom estate in Kufri. Designed for groups that value both space and shared experiences, the estate is spread across three distinct blocks, offering a seamless balance of privacy and connection, ideal for multi-family stays and group getaways.


The estate is divided into two sections, with a 3-bedroom space on the first floor and a 4-bedroom space across the second and third floors, each of which can be booked separately.

The main block houses spacious bedrooms that open out to sweeping valley, forest, and orchard views, creating a calm, immersive mountain setting. A duplex suite adds an extra layer of flexibility, ideal for longer stays or those seeking additional space.


The activity block brings in a more social energy, with a dedicated games room featuring billiards, foosball, and indoor games. Across the property, expansive balconies, open lawns, and multiple sit-outs offer natural gathering spaces, while bonfire-ready outdoor areas and panoramic viewpoints enhance the overall experience.


An attic-style sunroom filled with natural light provides a cozy indoor escape, while outdoor spaces allow for light sports and leisure.     Things to know before booking

    Check-In and Check-Out:
    • Check-In Time : 02 PM
    • Check-Out Time : 11 AM
    • Given the increased need for safety, hygiene and sanitization required at the villa, and for the safety of our guests and staff we cannot allow any early check-ins or late check-outs. The check-in and check-out timings mentioned online and in your confirmation email need to be followed.

    House Rules:
    • Outside food is not allowed in the villa.
    • Guests are not allowed to access the kitchen except for infants with prior permission.
    • Guests cannot invite other guests and day visitors during their stay.
    • Bachelor groups & stag parties are not allowed.
    • We do not encourage parties and late-night revelry. Loud music is not permitted beyond 10 pm.
    • Consumption of alcohol is permitted only within limits.
    • Illegal activities including but not limited to carrying/consuming drugs/narcotics and carrying firearms/weapons are prohibited on the property. Management reserves the right to report any such activities to local authorities.
    • Smoking within the villa/rooms is prohibited.
    • The pool (if present) is unguarded. There is no lifeguard on site. Children in the pool must be accompanied by adults at all times.
    • Guests are requested to take care of all personal valuables. Management is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to any items.
    • As required by law, every guest above 18 years must carry government-approved photo ID proof, that shows address. We accept only Aadhar Cards, Driving Licenses and Passports.
    • Inappropriate behaviour or violation of any of the above House Rules will invite a polite refusal to accept a Booking. If already checked in, Management reserves the right to ask guests to leave.

    About the Property:
    • The villa is available as a private 3-bedroom stay within a larger 7-bedroom estate; when the entire property is booked, all spaces are for exclusive guest use.
    • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and prior confirmation
    • Valid government-issued ID is mandatory for all guests; PAN cards are not accepted
    • Guests without valid ID may be denied check-in
    • Meals are available on request via an in-house chef, charged as per menu
    • The property is located in the mountains near Kufri, so occasional insects or bugs may be present; guests are advised to keep doors/windows closed
    • WiFi is available (10-40 Mbps) across the property, though connectivity may vary due to the hill location
    • Smoking is allowed only in outdoor areas; indoor smoking is not permitted
    • Pet-friendly property; guests are requested to inform in advance
    • Bonfire and barbecue can be arranged on request at an additional cost 
    • Open lawns and garden spaces for relaxation and bonfires, the dining area, large balconies and sit-outs with panoramic views, as well as games, recreation, and sports areas are all shared spaces accessible to guests.
