• Given the increased need for safety, hygiene and sanitization required at the villa, and for the safety of our guests and staff we cannot allow any early check-ins or late check-outs. The check-in and check-out timings mentioned online and in your confirmation email need to be followed.

• No outside guests or day visitors are allowed during the stay.
• Bachelor groups and stag bookings are not permitted.
• Parties and late-night revelry are discouraged.

• Illegal activities, including drugs, narcotics, or weapons, are strictly prohibited and will be reported to local authorities.
• Smoking inside rooms or enclosed spaces is not allowed.
• Guests are responsible for their personal belongings; management is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage.
• Valid government ID (Aadhar Card, Driving License, or Passport) is required for all guests above 4 years.
• Management reserves the right to deny or cancel bookings in case of inappropriate behaviour or rule violations, and may request guests to vacate the property if necessary.

• Illegal Activities: Carrying or consuming drugs/narcotics and carrying firearms/weapons are strictly prohibited on the property. Any such activities will be reported to local authorities by the management.
• Smoking Policy: Smoking is not permitted inside the villa or any of the rooms.
• Valuables: Please take care of all personal belongings. The management is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to items.
• Identification: As required by law, all guests over 18 must present a government-approved photo ID with an address. Accepted forms of ID include Aadhar Cards, Driving Licenses, and Passports.
• Behavior: Inappropriate behavior or violations of the house rules may result in a polite refusal to accept the booking. If guests are already checked in, the management reserves the right to ask them to leave.
