The property combines a spacious 3-bedroom villa with two independent cottages spread across lush lawns and stone pathways, allowing families and groups to stay connected while still enjoying privacy. Whether you spend your day by the pool, walking through the fruit plantations, or gathering around the bonfire pavilion, the home encourages a simpler, more grounded way of living.
Built with sustainability and warmth at its core, the estate reflects the charm of a traditional South Indian farmhouse through the use of Athangudi tiles, earthy textures, and repurposed materials. The long private pool, rain dance area, badminton court, kids’ play area, and expansive lawns make it ideal for everything from relaxed family getaways to intimate celebrations and offsites. Located just outside Mysore, the home also offers easy access to the city’s cultural landmarks and food experiences.

Things to know before booking
- Check-In Time : 1 PM
- Check-Out Time : 10 AM
- Given the increased need for safety, hygiene and sanitization required at the villa, and for the safety of our guests and staff we cannot allow any early check-ins or late check-outs. The check-in and check-out timings mentioned online and in your confirmation email need to be followed.
- Outside food is not allowed in the villa.
- Guests are not allowed to access the kitchen except for infants with prior permission.
- Guests cannot invite other guests and day visitors during their stay.
- Bachelor groups & stag parties are not allowed.
- We do not encourage parties and late-night revelry. Loud music is not permitted beyond 10 pm.
- Consumption of alcohol is permitted only within limits.
- Illegal activities including but not limited to carrying/consuming drugs/narcotics and carrying firearms/weapons are prohibited on the property. Management reserves the right to report any such activities to local authorities.
- Smoking within the villa/rooms is prohibited.
- The pool (if present) is unguarded. There is no lifeguard on site. Children in the pool must be accompanied by adults at all times.
- Guests are requested to take care of all personal valuables. Management is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to any items.
- As required by law, every guest must carry government-approved photo ID proof, that shows address. We accept only Aadhar Cards, Driving Licenses and Passports.
- Inappropriate behaviour or violation of any of the above House Rules will invite a polite refusal to accept a Booking. If already checked in, Management reserves the right to ask guests to leave.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors.
- Pets are strictly not allowed at this property.
- Please note that occasional voltage fluctuations/outages may occur, and we request your patience in case of any temporary issues or delays. We also encourage you to be mindful of water and power usage during your stay.
- Guests are requested to treat the beautifully curated stay and experience with care.
- Property staff and caretakers will ensure a comfortable stay
- Guests are not allowed to access the kitchen, please connect with the staff for any support.
- A caretaker is present on the site along with additional staff for housekeeping, cleaning and cooking.

Spending two days at this estate was a refreshing escape into nature. From walking through lush greenery and discovering an impressive variety of fruit plants—including seeing a dragon fruit plant for the very first time—to enjoying farm-fresh produce, every experience felt thoughtfully curated and deeply connected to the land.
