Blending antique elegance with modern comforts, the villa is perfect for intimate celebrations, family getaways, workations, and memorable weekends with loved ones.

Things to know before booking
- Check-In Time : 1 PM
- Check-Out Time : 10 AM
- Given the increased need for safety, hygiene and sanitization required at the villa, and for the safety of our guests and staff we cannot allow any early check-ins or late check-outs. The check-in and check-out timings mentioned online and in your confirmation email need to be followed.
- Guests are not allowed to access the kitchen except for infants with prior permission.
- Guests cannot invite other guests and day visitors during their stay.
- Bachelor groups & stag parties are not allowed.
- We do not encourage parties and late-night revelry. Loud music is not permitted beyond 10 pm.
- Consumption of alcohol is permitted only within limits.
- Illegal activities including but not limited to carrying/consuming drugs/narcotics and carrying firearms/weapons are prohibited on the property. Management reserves the right to report any such activities to local authorities.
- Guests are prohibited from smoking and setting up hookahs in the rooms/villa/lawns.
- The pool is unguarded. There is no lifeguard on site. Children in the pool must be accompanied by adults at all times.
- Guests are requested to take care of all personal valuables. Management is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to any items.
- As required by law, every guest above 4 years must carry government-approved photo ID proof, that shows address. We accept only Aadhar Cards, Driving Licenses and Passports.
- Inappropriate behaviour or violation of any of the above House Rules will invite a polite refusal to accept a Booking. If already checked in, Management reserves the right to ask guests to leave.
- No crackers or colours are permitted in this home.
- All payments for booking the villa, including meals will have to be pre-paid prior to checkin. Security Deposit collected during booking will be returned during check-out or by NEFT within 5 business days after check-out, provided no damages are observed. To avoid inconvenience, we will not be accepting cash onsite for any reasons henceforth.
- Security deposit is to be paid two days prior to check-in. If no damages are observed, the deposit will be returned during check-out itself or by NEFT within 5 business days after check-out. Please Note: The Security Deposit is subject to change depending upon the number of nights and the group size. Please check with your holiday advisor at the time of booking.
- In case of special occasions like wedding and pre wedding ceremonies, milestone celebrations and events, and similar such events that require the parts or entire estate, whether they require elaborate arrangements or not, are at the sole discretion and explicit permission of the management. These need to be informed at the time of booking, and additional venue charges, additional deposits and charges for time efforts and specialised skills needed for prior arrangements and post event cleanup will apply.
- Please note that due to the ongoing water shortage in the region, pool access may be temporarily unavailable. Please reach out to our team before proceeding with the booking.
- No kitchen access. We do not have an equipped kitchen.

- Considering the unique location of the villa, Internet connectivity can get affected due to falling of trees, heavy rains or other causes.
- There is a CCTV in the living room.
- The home is close to several tourist attractions near Lonavala like Bhaja caves (4 km), Karla caves (5 km), Lohagad Fort (6 Km), and Wet N Joy Water Park (4 km).
- Adventure lovers make sure to try your hand at paragliding when in Malavli.

The property( Anugraha) is a fantastic ,spacious ,well maintained villa. With beautiful interiors,super spacious hall and rooms, clean linen, very well maintained spacious pool and a cooperative staff, this villa is the best one to go for. Also appreciate the approachability of the booking staff and their timely resolution of issues . We had a wonderful experience.Would definitely want to stay here again and little longer.
The property is well located with ample open space and a good overall size. The interiors are well-lit and spacious, comfortably accommodating a group of 12 to sit and enjoy together. The bedrooms are also generously sized and well-maintained. A special mention to Sumit, the caretaker, who was extremely helpful and supported us throughout the stay, making the experience smoother. That said, there are two areas that need improvement. The swimming pool water did not appear to have been changed for quite some time, and excessive chlorine made it uncomfortable to use. Additionally, the area around the pool with artificial grass was patchy and unclean, as there is no proper drainage for the water spilling from the swimming pool. waterlogging added to the inconvenience.

Basic amenities missing. Extra charges for turning on gas even for making tea and omlette is ridiculous. These small but important issues will drive the customers away

We had an excellent experience during our two night stay at Anugraha. While the whole property is well maintained we found the swimming pool and lawn particularly very neat and clean. The overall experience was further enhanced due to the amazing hospitality offered by the care takers Ankush and his wife. Thanks for a great experience!
Everything in the villa was top notch. Rooms, bathrooms and pool was very clean and we enjoyed every bit. Hall is humongous which help us with all the activities and gatherings. Our Caretaker Ankush is also too nice to help us with all the work. Excellent property shall visit again.

We were 3 families staying for a night. We had a great time. Swimming pool was very neat & clean. Both kids n adults had a good time in the pool. Out door area is big n good. Unfortunately when we went it rained, so we couldn't make much use of it. But we did stay indoors and spent good time. Bedrooms were nicely kept. Overall it was a good stay. The care taker was very helpful and took care of all our needs.

Staff - prompt, timely service Very well maintained property and caretaker makes sure cleanliness is maintained all the time. Ideal for an overnight or weekend get away for 10 members.
Loved the place. Nice n clean , neat n tidy. Few things to add- 1) Add hooks to hang cloths (in wardrobe/ bathroom wherever possible) 2) kepp more options for menu cards of restaurants near by (as you do not have inhouse cook). One restaurants menu card you have kept now , isnt good (food was not good in taste, n poor quantity) 3) change covers of quilt, those have turned rough now. It is irritating to the skin. 4)sliding window of middle room (1st floor) is jammed - not easy to close n open. Repair it.

Pretty good however the Acs you cannot control the temp also there is a 1500 charge for usage of kitchen which wasn’t mentioned

Lovely house…..very friendly and helpful staff (Ankush and Nakusha)….the pool was nice and clean….enjoyed our stay The ground floor needs a common toilet since there is only 1 attached to the bedroom and the rest are all on the 1st floor……the pool side area had patches of rain water making it very slippery and unsafe. Overall a great place to stay.
