Local authentic meals are provided by the caretaker on demand. The caretaker is also present on-site to assist you at all times. We offer healthy home-cooked Maharashtrian veg, non-veg, Jain meals and specialities prepared using locally sourced fresh ingredients as much as possible. Tea/Coffee will be served during breakfast and high tea time. If you would like tea/coffee at any other time of the day, it can be arranged at an additional charge.

- Nestled amidst scenic fields, SaffronStays Happy Fields is a 3-bedroom pool farmhouse, located approximately a 6-hour drive from Mumbai and just 2 hours from Pune. Built with exposed brickwork and wooden interiors, it's a dream fulfilled by a mother and crafted by animal lovers, offering ample space to roam and interact with animals like cattle, goats, cows, and hens.
- Spread across two floors, the farmhouse boasts one bedroom on the ground floor and two on the second floor, one with an attached bathroom. Kids can enjoy a separate attic room with a glass ceiling for stargazing.
- Relax on the spacious verandah while sipping chai or gather in the open kitchen and dining area for delicious farm-to-table meals prepared by the in-house chef, featuring fresh dairy products and seasonal vegetables.
- Disconnect from city life and enjoy activities like swimming in the plunge pool, playing with animals, cycling, jogging, or simply lounging in the hammock. WiFi is available for quick work or to organize a barbecue by the fire.
- Managed by a caretaker and two others, this property offers mesmerizing views of lush landscapes. Additionally, for those seeking unique experiences, nearby Bhigwan hosts a winter settlement of flamingos.

Things to know before booking
- Check-In Time : 1 PM
- Check-Out Time : 10 AM
- Given the increased need for safety, hygiene and sanitization required at the villa, and for the safety of our guests and staff we cannot allow any early check-ins or late check-outs. The check-in and check-out timings mentioned online and in your confirmation email need to be followed.
- Outside food is not allowed in the villa.
- Guests are not allowed to access the kitchen except for infants with prior permission.
- Guests cannot invite other guests and day visitors during their stay.
- Bachelor groups & stag parties are not allowed.
- We do not encourage parties and late-night revelry. Loud music is not permitted beyond 10 pm.
- Consumption of alcohol is permitted only within limits.
- Illegal activities including but not limited to carrying/consuming drugs/narcotics and carrying firearms/weapons are prohibited on the property. Management reserves the right to report any such activities to local authorities.
- Smoking within the villa/rooms is prohibited.
- The pool is unguarded. There is no lifeguard on site. Children in the pool must be accompanied by adults at all times.
- Guests are requested to take care of all personal valuables. Management is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to any items.
- As required by law, every guest above 4 years must carry government-approved photo ID proof, that shows address. We accept only Aadhar Cards, Driving Licenses and Passports.
- Inappropriate behaviour or violation of any of the above House Rules will invite a polite refusal to accept a Booking. If already checked in, Management reserves the right to ask guests to leave.
- Security deposit is to be paid two days prior to check-in. If no damages are observed, the deposit will be returned during check-out itself or by NEFT within 5 business days after check-out. Please Note: The Security Deposit is subject to change depending upon the number of nights and the group size. Please check with your holiday advisor at the time of booking.
- In case of special occasions like wedding and pre wedding ceremonies, milestone celebrations and events, and similar such events that require the parts or entire estate, whether they require elaborate arrangements or not, are at the sole discretion and explicit permission of the management. These need to be informed at the time of booking, and additional venue charges, additional deposits and charges for time efforts and specialised skills needed for prior arrangements and post event cleanup will apply.
- Additional guest amenities at the villa include a dining area, television set, music system, fireplace, power backup, and fire safety equipment.
- All rooms are air-conditioned. However, there are no ACs in the living room due to the cool weather year-round.
- Caretaker Abhishek tends to guests' needs, and an in-house chef is available for veg and non-veg meals upon request. Parking for up to 5 cars is provided at no extra cost.
- Please note: Internet connectivity may be affected by natural causes such as tree falls or heavy rains. However, there is no WiFi available across the estate.
- Smoking (includes sheesha and hookah) within the villa/rooms is prohibited
- Swim in the refreshing pool and indulge in a farm experience.
- As much as the luxury and warmth of the villa lulls you into rest, don’t miss out on traveling to Bhigwan, where flamingos come and settle down during the winter season. The sight is mesmerising to behold and just 25 minutes from the property.
- While the approach to the home has plenty of jaggery factories, and one can also plan a trip to see how they work, the rest of the property is surrounded by agricultural farms and local animals, rustic sounds that welcome you through the day.

The farmhouse was really nice and the staff was incredibly friendly and went out of the way to make the stay comfortable as possible. The kids loved the swimming pool, which really clean and they put fresh water every time we went to swim which would them go in the farm so no wastage. There is a pony ride, bullcart ride, cycling, gym, tt table and we used it all. The food was so good and homely and according to our taste and the cook would oblige with almost all requests we had, since we were with the kids. The electricity is an issue but they have a back up generator, but every time electricity goes it takes 5-10 mins to start even at night. And the beds could be more comfortable, some are very hard and some are very soft.

The villa is very well kept and has a modern feel which is so apt. The staff are very warm and welcoming and making food your way ensuring it's how u want it. The villa is so quaint much needed from the hustle bustle They arranged for the bullock cart ride for the kids which was a wonderful experience Keep up the good works guys Would love to come back
lovely experience - helps one cut off from the rigmarole and focus on nature. the staff is very courteous, helpful and always smiling - Abhishek and Pravin were really good and made really yummy delicious food - breakfast, lunch and dinner. Kailash took our kids for bullock cart ride and also showed them around the farms. loved every bit of it
Faced plumbing issue. Water was not coming from tap. Kindly avoid such issues and resolve before stay. Rest all were good. Good place and food
Farm stay was simply superb among the fields and surroundings were very nice and quiet and relaxing. House was also built very modern and spacious abd felt right at home. Caretakers Abhishek and Shailu were aweswum and made sure we missed nothing and food was simple and very tasty with fresh produce which made it extra special

1)Please construct a ramp for senior citizens at the entrance to the villa. 2)There should be an attached bathroom in the room with a sky view on the first floor. 3)There should be a fan in the dining area. It was humid at times . The huge fan needs to be repaired. It was making a lot if noise. 4) There should be mirrors in the rooms. 5) Please include breakfast in the cost package.

Amazing property and very well maintained as shown in the pictures. There is a private farm where you can pluck your own fresh vegetables and fruits which are used for preparing meals. The food here is delicious! You have a beautiful 180° views of the farms around. The one thing I personally liked is the fresh water swimming pool. There is also a bullock cart ride! The staff Abhishek and Pravin are very helpful and always on their toes to help with anything needed. It was an excellent stay and I hope to visit it soon!

We had a really good time. The property wad very clean & hygenic. The service was excellent. The cook abhishek ji & the care taker pravin ji went over & above to make sure we had a really good time. This was our second visit at this wonderful find...and our stay experience was equally pleasing as our first visit. It is always a pleasure staying at this wonderful property, which is away from the hustle & bustle. The upkeep of the place is good and we really enjoy the climate and our time at this place. Special mention to the hospitality, lovely food served and both Abhishek and Praveen took very good care of my family. The adjoining farms add to the experience and make the overall experience brilliant .Will definitely keep going back to this place.
The stay was really fantastic. The house itself is very grand and done up very tastefully and with a lot of really thoughtful touches like charpais on the verandah to enjoy the sun. Of special mention is the food - really amazing, made with very healthy ingredients and spices. A home to cattle, goats, cows, and hens, SaffronStays HappyFields, was a perfect farm stay. Surrounded by lush green fields, we enjoyed our stay at this home, which is ideal if you wish to escape city life. The caretaker Abhishek and his helper Pavan were extremely courteous and helpful. They ensured our stay was extremely comfortable, especially when we were travelling with two kids and two senior citizens. The meals prepared by them were delicious. The evening seating in the lawn area on the charpoys, gazing at the stars, was a one-of-a-kind experience. The home has a few amiable pet dogs, and our kids thoroughly enjoyed their company. Special thanks to the caretaker Abhishek and his team for arranging the tractor ride for the kids to the farms. It’s an experience that the kids truly cherish. The only flip side is the long, long drive from Mumbai!
Abhishek was our main caretaker who did a fabulous job. He is extremely hospitable and very proactive. Praveen and Vinod are equally supportive and courteous. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back because of the fantastic service provided by Abhishek and the pleasant vibe of the villa.

Am amazing find....just as the name Happy Fields....it was an extremely happy and overwhelming experience. The property is plush and spread across a really nice farm land. It was a peaceful and rejuvenating experience away from the hustle and bustle. The owners had given access to a lot of household areas and items adding to the whole experience. Would definitely visit again soon. A special mention to Abhishek, Praveen and vinod for their warm hospitality and thanks for the extremely good food you made. The service was the highlight of the stay. It was a thoroughly enjoyable experience ....the best.
We had an absolute blast at this place. The farm house is so beautiful and serene that the photos do not do justice to it. The attendants Mr Abhishek and Mr Praveen are really good. They made such delicious food that we stuffed ourselves for all the meals. A must stay and a wonderful place.
One of the best I have ever visited - you get the best of both the worlds - rural (with breath taking lush green views outside) and modern (amazingly done interiors and decor) living, best use of wood I have seen, simple yet elegant washrooms - everything was just perfect

This is one of the most beautiful Saffron Stays you will find. The entire place is an epitome of aesthetics. The place is clean and well maintained. Pictures haven't done justice to this place as there is a lot of detailing to every corner. The best part about the stay is the concept of Farm to Table, everything from vegetable to dairy is available right at the property so it leaves no choice but to have amazing food on the table. We were greeted by Mahesh from Saffron Stay, Saurabh and Vinod who are the staff at the stay. You will not stop munching on from the first meal because Saurabh cooks amazing meals, he is a great cook. He is a very good care taker of the property, always helpful and he never said a no to any of our requests. I would highly recommend this stay. We are really looking forward to visit again.
This was a perfect stay in all regards - the property was superb. Property manager Mr Shubham took great care of us and house staff were super friendly and accomodating to all our requests -Abhishek, Saurabh and Vinod bhaiyyas made us feel like we are at home:) The meals cooked were amazing, (the home made paneer, butter and ghee from farmhouse cows are sure to give you foodgasms). All the areas in the house were spotless clean. There are plenty of amenities and options to keep you/your group entertained during stay. We had a lovely time (you know this when you don't wish to leave the property during checkout), defo will be back again and recommend others to check out as well.
