Things to know before booking
- Check-In Time : 1 PM
- Check-Out Time : 10 AM
- Given the increased need for safety, hygiene and sanitization required at the villa, and for the safety of our guests and staff we cannot allow any early check-ins or late check-outs. The check-in and check-out timings mentioned online and in your confirmation email need to be followed.
- Outside food is not allowed in the villa.
- Guests are not allowed to access the kitchen except for infants with prior permission.
- Guests cannot invite other guests and day visitors during their stay.
- Bachelor groups & stag parties are not allowed.
- We do not encourage parties and late-night revelry. Loud music is not permitted beyond 10 pm.
- Consumption of alcohol is permitted only within limits.
- Illegal activities including but not limited to carrying/consuming drugs/narcotics and carrying firearms/weapons are prohibited on the property. Management reserves the right to report any such activities to local authorities.
- Smoking within the villa/rooms is prohibited.
- The pool (if present) is unguarded. There is no lifeguard on site. Children in the pool must be accompanied by adults at all times.
- Guests are requested to take care of all personal valuables. Management is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to any items.
- As required by law, every guest above 4 years must carry government-approved photo ID proof, that shows address. We accept only Aadhar Cards, Driving Licenses and Passports.
- Inappropriate behaviour or violation of any of the above House Rules will invite a polite refusal to accept a Booking. If already checked in, Management reserves the right to ask guests to leave.
- Guests are requested to handle the property with care and respect.
- For security purposes, CCTV cameras are installed in common and external areas of the property
- Smoking is permitted only in outdoor areas.
- This property is wheelchair accessible.

What an amazing stay! The view was absolutely breathtaking, and the pools were beautiful and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. I had such a wonderful time throughout my stay. The food, however, truly stood out — it was exceptionally delicious, easily a 10/10 experience! Every meal was perfectly prepared and full of flavor. Overall, the entire stay was incredibly relaxing, surrounded by stunning scenery and a peaceful atmosphere.

Safety needs improvement Rooms and washrooms can easily be opened using the keys Anyone who’s having keys can open the doors Even if the rooms are locked from inside So yes this needs improvement in terms of safety and security Everything else is perfect Satisfied with the staff services

Pros 1. The house is lovely, airy, spacious, well planned and is located in a great place 2. Pool was clean and a good size 3. Staff was very warm and friendly 4. Food has been good 5. Rooms are airy and spacious Feedback 1. Pillows need to be changed - they’re very uncomfortable in all rooms. 2. Linen should in general be cleaner - towels, pillow cases are not clean. 3. Room no 3 bathroom wall has a massive leakage in the wall behind the shower, water is coming out into the dressing area constantly. 4. Shower gels in some rooms were not replenished 5.table tennis table was missing.
We came here to celebrate our friend's birthday. It was a great choice by luck! The entire team was so nice and helpful. We were taken care by Saif, Amit, Sachin, Nitin, Keshav & Arun special thank you to each one of them to go out of their way to accommodate all our demands!!
We had a wonderful stay, the property and location is perfect for a large family. The staff and food was good too. The staff Sachin, Vikas, Nitin and Amit really went out of their way to look after us and make sure the stay was enjoyable and comfortable.

Eldora by Lake is an absolute gem! The property is stunning, incredibly well-maintained, and truly pet-friendly — which made our stay even more special. The food was hands down the best we’ve ever had on a vacation, every meal was a delight. The hospitality was top-notch — warm, attentive, and made us feel right at home. The swimming pool is much larger than it appears in pictures and was just perfect for relaxing. And to top it all off, there’s a cricket turf! It added a fun and unique touch to our stay. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a luxurious and wholesome getaway. Can’t wait to visit again!
Great house, great views, great staff, and the best food in the karjat area. Super accommodating people, all requests for all age groups entertained really well. The spacious rooms, the family rooms, the pool and the garden setups are perfect.

Points for improvement 1 . black tape on the steps between drawing room and dining room 2. Railing on the poolside where there are no steps 3. During daytime projector is not useful,place a TV or change light curtains to dark curtains.
Great place beautiful location and great comfort.. however the swimming pool needs stairs for entry and getting out as it’s difficult for elderly people to use it with chance of an injury..also steps in the patio leading to the pool area needs marking as may not be visible at times leading to a fall. Overall a great place with memories .. will visit again
