Things to know before booking
- Check-In Time : 1 PM
- Check-Out Time : 10 AM
- Given the increased need for safety, hygiene and sanitization required at the villa, and for the safety of our guests and staff we cannot allow any early check-ins or late check-outs. The check-in and check-out timings mentioned online and in your confirmation email need to be followed.
- Outside food is not allowed in the villa.
- Guests are not allowed to access the kitchen except for infants with prior permission.
- Guests cannot invite other guests and day visitors during their stay.
- Bachelor groups & stag parties are not allowed.
- We do not encourage parties and late-night revelry. Loud music is not permitted beyond 10 pm.
- Consumption of alcohol is permitted only within limits.
- Illegal activities including but not limited to carrying/consuming drugs/narcotics and carrying firearms/weapons are prohibited on the property. Management reserves the right to report any such activities to local authorities.
- Smoking within the villa/rooms is prohibited.
- The pool (if present) is unguarded. There is no lifeguard on site. Children in the pool must be accompanied by adults at all times.
- Guests are requested to take care of all personal valuables. Management is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to any items.
- As required by law, every guest above 4 years must carry government-approved photo ID proof, that shows address. We accept only Aadhar Cards, Driving Licenses and Passports.
- Inappropriate behaviour or violation of any of the above House Rules will invite a polite refusal to accept a Booking. If already checked in, Management reserves the right to ask guests to leave.
- Smoking is prohibited in the interiors
- Guests are requested to keep the sound volumes at minimum levels at late hours
- Caretakers will connect with the guests 24-48 hours prior to the stay to finalize meal arrangements
- Guests are requested to handle the property with care and respect.
- For security purposes, CCTV cameras are installed in common and external areas of the property
- This property is not wheelchair accessible.
- A baby cot/crib can be provided upon request.

Spacious, cleanliness, food, pool everything was perfect. Really enjoyed a lot
From elderly parents to a child to a dog - everyone felt genuinely cared for during our two-night stay at Antara, and that really says everything. The food deserves a special mention: simple, honest, deeply comforting and incredibly delicious. Every dietary requirement was handled thoughtfully, without fuss or reminders. The pool was absolute bliss - yes, freezing cold - but bliss nonetheless, the kind you brave because the setting makes it irresistible. The property itself is tucked into a truly gorgeous location, incredibly easy to reach from Mumbai, making it perfect for a short, restorative weekend away. The house is quaint, charming and quietly beautiful - the kind of place that photographs well without trying too hard. Rooms were spotless, washrooms were clean and well maintained and the beds were so comfortable they made surfacing in the mornings a little harder than usual. What stood out most, though, was the service. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team - especially Chef Rohan and the caretaker, Datta, who went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. This was right after a packed New Year’s, with a large group having just stayed there - yet not once did we feel like a “smaller” group receiving lesser attention. The warmth and care never dipped. All in all, a genuinely lovely experience. Calm, comfortable, thoughtfully run - and a good time had by all, across generations (and species!!!?)
We had a lovely stay at Antaara. The property itself is gorgeous and looks exactly like the pictures but what made our stay exceptional was the staff. Lovely meals by Chef Rohan and his team and very attentive staff including Datta, Parmod and the rest who took exceptional care of us. We had an amazing stay and would fully recommend Antaara.
We had a great time at Antara! The place is exactly how you see it in the pictures. Very spacious with an awesome view & is very clean and well maintained by their staff. The people who work there are extremely nice & go above and beyond to make your stay a very comfortable one. We were a group of 13 people & the place was perfect for us, with a great pool which all of us enjoyed. The food was also very homely and tasty. Special mention to their amazing staff - Rohan,Raju,Dutta, & the entire Antaara Holidays team.

Swimming pool was not clean we were all looking forward to enjoying in the pool but couldn’t go as was very dirty Barbeque at dinner was very bad quality & variety of meals need to improve very limited menu & not well prepared These were the major disappointments Villa is nice , the location , view , rooms etc are good
Came here with family. Great house. Very quiet. Beautiful swimming pool. Staff took good care of us. Young chef Rohan cooked some fantastic barbecue!!

Thank you so much to Dutta and team for your amazing hospitality. The villa is beautiful, view is outstanding and service was great! They organised a beautiful outdoor dinner for us and accommodated all requests. The only thing I would say for people travelling with pets - there are two strays dogs that live at the gate and slip inside sometimes.

One of the most amazing properties I have stayed at.. we were a group of 9 people and everyone loved it.. unhindered views of the lake, secluded location, good sized pool. Datta and Pramod, the caretakers were cordial and assisted us well. All in all a great choice for a group outing and worth the value.
Staff and food was excellent. We had some room problems . Drainage system in the bathroom in the upper rooms was bad. Bathrooms had problems. The pumps of shampoos contiioner bath soap was not there. So how do we use!!!!!

A perfect blend of nature and luxury! We recently stayed at Antaraa by SaffronStays and it was an absolutely delightful experience. The property is stunning—beautifully maintained with a perfect mix of natural surroundings and luxurious amenities. The food was exceptional—every meal felt like it was prepared with care and tasted just like home, only better! There were plenty of fun activities to enjoy—from a relaxing swim and BBQ picnic to spending time at the petting zoo. Whether you’re looking to unwind or have a little adventure, this place has something for everyone. A special shoutout to the staff for their warm hospitality and constant cooperation—they truly went the extra mile to make our experience next level. Highly recommend it for a peaceful getaway with family or friends. Will definitely be coming back!
