Things to know before booking
- Check-In Time : 1 PM
- Check-Out Time : 10 AM
- Given the increased need for safety, hygiene and sanitization required at the villa, and for the safety of our guests and staff we cannot allow any early check-ins or late check-outs. The check-in and check-out timings mentioned online and in your confirmation email need to be followed.
- Outside food is not allowed in the villa.
- Guests are not allowed to access the kitchen except for infants with prior permission.
- Guests cannot invite other guests and day visitors during their stay.
- Bachelor groups & stag parties are not allowed.
- We do not encourage parties and late-night revelry. Loud music is not permitted beyond 10 pm.
- Consumption of alcohol is permitted only within limits.
- Illegal activities including but not limited to carrying/consuming drugs/narcotics and carrying firearms/weapons are prohibited on the property. Management reserves the right to report any such activities to local authorities.
- Smoking within the villa/rooms is prohibited.
- The pool (if present) is unguarded. There is no lifeguard on site. Children in the pool must be accompanied by adults at all times.
- Guests are requested to take care of all personal valuables. Management is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to any items.
- As required by law, every guest above 18 years must carry government-approved photo ID proof, that shows address. We accept only Aadhar Cards, Driving Licenses and Passports.
- Inappropriate behaviour or violation of any of the above House Rules will invite a polite refusal to accept a Booking. If already checked in, Management reserves the right to ask guests to leave.
- The home features seven spacious bedrooms across three levels, one on the ground floor, five bedrooms on the first floor (accessible via elevator), and one bedroom on the second floor offering the perfect blend of comfort, privacy, and scenic views for families and larger groups.
- For the comfort of infants, parents are requested to carry infant meals and essentials. While access to the main kitchen is unavailable, infant food can be conveniently prepared and warmed in the property's spacious semi-pantry, equipped with ample counter space and essential appliances.

**A Weekend That Felt Like Home ???** We had the most beautiful weekend at **Andaz Riviera Nashik by Saffron Stays**, surrounded by our friends, children, and the kind of warmth that makes a holiday truly memorable. The property itself is absolutely gorgeous! A spacious seven-bedroom villa with two pools and wonderful amenities, it was the perfect setting for a weekend of laughter, relaxation, and making memories together. But as beautiful as the property is, **it was the people who truly made our stay exceptional.** Despite the scorching heat and long days, the staff remained calm, cheerful, patient, and incredibly attentive. We had children ranging from five to twelve years old, with every age in between, and the team was wonderfully considerate of everyone's needs. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, often anticipating our needs before we even had to ask. What truly stood out was their **attention to detail**. There were moments when something we casually mentioned wanting would magically appear the next morning at breakfast! A particular juice or a fruit we had spoken about would find its way to our table. These little gestures may seem small, but they speak volumes about how much the team genuinely cares. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. Whether it was accommodating requests beyond the menu, serving us patiently late into the night, or welcoming us with the same warmth early the next morning, the team never lost their smile. Even with the kitchen situated a little further away, they made sure every request, every whim, and every fancy was taken care of with remarkable dedication. A special thank you to **Mr. Rishikesh**, who ensured our check-ins were absolutely seamless, and to **Mr. Sandeep and his entire team**, who were exceptionally kind, thoughtful, and helpful throughout our stay.
