Hi Amavi Team, the stay was amazing, Mukund malekar dada took great care of us. He waited for us till late night to do our check in as we reached house very late. Only issue was the entrance made by the tree had to trip and go if not taken care anyone can fall. Do look into the entrance made properly...

It was a great stay at the Amavi Beach house. The property is very clean and you get a rustic feel and old world charm. Mr.Mukund is very helpful and caring and the meals are extremely delicious

It would be great if a tea / coffee set-up is made available in the room. While there's a kettle available, other items were not there. Also, glasses to drink water out of alon with the bottles would be great

The place is good - Mukund was very professional and always willing to help and provide what ever service was required - The two biggest negatives are - 1. The entry slope can be made proper as the stones of different size make it extremely difficult to enter and exit 2. The food is very expensive and hence it makes sense to have it at places around which are more reasonable prices and the variety is much more . Provide so expensive food with limited variety does not make sense

We had a great stay for 2 nights and 3 days . The house is Iocated in the middle of Mother Nature and helps us to unwind from hustle and bustle of day to day life . The rooms were clean and well kept. The coordinator “Mukund ji” was very warm and homely . He was very courteous and helpful with the local information about sites to see . The turtle festival was a memorable experience

We had an incredible stay at Saffron Stays - Amavi Beach House! The staff were warm and attentive, the property was beautiful, and the meals were delicious. We felt completely safe and secure. The beach was within walkable distance, which was a lovely bonus. Highly recommended! Overall experience was super relaxing and good. Just a suggestion: If a full size mirror was there it would have been convenient for us.

Amavi is a beautiful property close to Murud beach. Mukund and his family took great care to ensure we were provided with comfort, prompt service and good food.

Overall it was good. Service from mukund was really great. I would suggest some improvements : 1] Keep hangers in cupboard for clothes. 2] Keep extra chair in rooms (plastic chair would suffice) 3] Separate TV units in rooms would be great if possible Without above add-ons I think the existing rate is bit costly.

The property is a boutique villa nestled in a quiet area. The closest beach is Murud beach which is walking distance away. The staff is available at all hours to help with whatever is needed. Overall it was a great stay.

Good place for family, maintained common place

The stay and staff was very good! The only thing missing was a big mirror in the room and the geyser could have been of a higher capacity. Overall, Mukund was a good host and we had a pleasant stay. He also allowed us to cook baby food in the kitchen which was very convenient for us. I definitely recommend staying here for anyone who is looking for a comfortable, clean and aesthetic place.

It’s an amazing property about a kilometre away from the beach… beautiful vibes and tastefully done interior. Relaxing atmosphere is what you can expect here! There were only couple of suggestions: 1) The entrance of the house was not well made 2) It is listed as elderly friendly but we did not find it we had a senior citizen with some mobility issues, they found it difficult to navigate in and out of the property as it has stairs which do not have railings to hold onto and no access to wheel chair as well Apart from that there were no issue care taker Mukund really took good care of us

I had the opportunity to stay at the Amavi Beach House in Dapoli. I had planned my trip during the monsoons specially to enjoy the rain showers on the Konkan Coast. Unlucklyto my fate, I landed up in a sunny hot weather. The house is built near the beach and is at a walkable distance to Murud Beach. However, the Karad Beach is the cleanest one where you would have to travel by car. The biggest con for me looking at the weather when I landed was non provision of air conditioning in the living room which limited us to stay inside our rooms. I chose to stay at this property so that I get that extra space to chill otherwise hotels could suffice as well. I was lucky not to have other guests staying at the property otherwise would have had to share the living room as well. TV is only in the living room which was another con Coming to the positives - The helpers are great. Specially Mukund and Mansi. They were always approachable and took care of our well being.The food they prepared was very delicious and always checked if we wanted anything else. Even guided us on how to plan our day. Kudos to them All in all I would say it’s a one time stay but the hospitality is worth calling out as a big positive.

The saty at Amvi was amazing, we truly enjoyed, the property is well connected, Cozi and comfortable. The meals were delicious, we were here with an infant and all his needs were taken care of, a big shoutout to Mukund & family for taking care of all our needs . Kudos

Mukund gave us great hospitality. He took good care of us. The overall experience was great. Great food, good ambience and a happy family are my memories.

Food was incredible. Our caretaker Mukund was always available on call for whatever we needed. He even recommended nice viewpoints around the area. Great place to stay!

This beach property is a 10-minute walk from Murud Beach, but if you want to relax, it's an ideal stay for you then. The property is massive and with 4 rooms, it is really good. Additionally, the home-cooked meals from the caretaker Mukund and his hospitality are fabulous! Enjoyed our stay.
