Yes, our home is child friendly.
There is plenty of space to run around and many indoor activities that will keep your children occupied. Parents are advised to be cautious when allowing kids to run around.
Yes, our home is senior citizen/elderly friendly.
The home has 3 bedrooms on the ground floor with a small set of steps that can be comfortably climbed. All the bedroom have private bathrooms, again easy to access at night without any supervision. All our bathrooms have anti-skid surface.
Upon special request, our caretakers can prepare Low Salt/ Low Spice/ Low Fat/ Low Sugar for senior citizens. These requests should be informed at the time of booking.
In case of a medical emergency, the caretaker has the numbers for doctor-on-call or ambulance service-on-call. The home is ambulance accessible.
Yes, our home is wheelchair accessible.
Yes, this is a pet-friendly villa. Pets will be charged at an additional cost of Rs. 500 per pet. A refundable deposit may also be applied. Pets are not allowed on any of the furniture and will be restricted to the verandah area. Pet owners need to carry along food and bedding for their pets.

7. Do you have a problem with mosquitoes? How do you deal with it to make our stay more comfortable?
All rooms have mosquito repellents. Guests are advised to shut the windows between 5:30 pm - 7:30 pm to avoid mosquitoes and insects from entering the home.
Payments
Unfortunately, there is no option for part payment. Guests are required to pay 100% of the payment before check-in.
A Guest is entitled to a refund of 75% if he/she cancels the confirmed booking upto 15 days before the Date of Check-In (before 1 PM).
A Guest is entitled to a refund of 50% if he/she cancels the confirmed booking upto 7 days before the Date of Check-In (before 1 PM)
If the Guest cancels within 7 days of the Date of Check-In, he/she is entitled to no refund.
No. All payments for booking the villa, including meals, will have to be pre-paid prior to check-in. Security Deposit collected during booking will be returned during check-out or by NEFT within 5 business days after check-out, provided no damages are observed. To avoid inconvenience, we will not be accepting cash onsite for any reasons henceforth.
Please note: The Security Deposit is subject to change depending upon the number of nights and the group size. Please check with your holiday advisor at the time of booking.

While roads connecting to the property are good, guests are advised to check the road and weather conditions before leaving for a road trip.

Guests are not allowed to access the kitchen. However, mothers of infants or small children will have limited access to boil milk or prepare their kids meals.

- A door from the dry kitchen leads to the main kitchen pantry, while a traditional pooja area is located to the right of the main entrance.
- Walking straight from the main entrance leads to two bedrooms, each featuring a king-size bed, bedside tables, night lamps, air-conditioning, a fan, a private cupboard and an attached bathroom.
- Both bedrooms have large glass doors opening onto the garden with direct mountain views. Bedroom 2 also includes a side sofa.
- The Writer's Cottage is located in a separate block to the right of the main entrance.

Check-In and Check-Out:
- Check-In Time : 1 PM
- Check-Out Time : 10 AM
- Given the increased need for safety, hygiene and sanitization required at the villa, and for the safety of our guests and staff we cannot allow any early check-ins or late check-outs. The check-in and check-out timings mentioned online and in your confirmation email need to be followed.
House Rules:
- Outside food is not allowed in the villa.
- Guests are not allowed to access the kitchenette except for infants with prior permission.
- Guests cannot invite other guests and day visitors during their stay.
- Bachelor groups & stag parties are not allowed.
- We do not encourage parties and late-night revelry. Loud music is not permitted beyond 9 pm.
- Consumption of alcohol is permitted only within limits.
- Illegal activities including but not limited to carrying/consuming drugs/narcotics and carrying firearms/weapons are prohibited on the property. Management reserves the right to report any such activities to local authorities.
- Smoking within the villa/rooms is prohibited.
- Guests are requested to take care of all personal valuables. Management is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to any items.
- As required by law, every guest above 18 years must carry government-approved photo ID proof, that shows address. We accept only Aadhar Cards, Driving Licenses and Passports.
- Inappropriate behaviour or violation of any of the above House Rules will invite a polite refusal to accept a Booking. If already checked in, Management reserves the right to ask guests to leave.

- Occasional voltage fluctuations or brief power outages may occur. We appreciate your patience during such interruptions.
- Please use water and electricity mindfully.
- Please do not pluck plants, flowers or fruits from the garden.
- The natural-material flooring and walls are delicate and scratch easily. Please take care to avoid damage.
- Kindly handle all artefacts, furnishings and breakable items with care and respect the home's interiors.
