Our in-house team curates a range of delicious, freshly prepared dishes using locally sourced ingredients. Since the villa is situated in a remote location with limited dining options nearby, enjoying all your meals here ensures the best culinary experience.
We recommend pre-booking your meals at least 36–48 hours before check-in to help us serve you better.
Tea and coffee are included with breakfast and high tea. If you’d like a cup outside of these times, we’re happy to arrange it at an additional charge.

Set on the peaceful shores of Nandgaon Beach, this 4-bedroom beach home is designed for slow, relaxing getaways close to nature. Surrounded by coconut and palm trees, the home offers beautiful sea views, open outdoor spaces, and a calm beachside vibe. Spend your days relaxing in hammocks, enjoying high tea on the lawn, watching the sunrise from the deck, or unwinding under the gazebo during sunset.
Inside, the home feels warm and comfortable, with cosy living spaces, indoor games, books, music, and nostalgic movie collections that make the stay feel personal and memorable. Perfect for families and groups, this beach home blends comfort, nature, and old-world charm beautifully.
Since the villa is accessible through the beach, vehicle access depends on the tide timings. Guests are requested to check with our supervisors in advance for accessibility during high tide.

Things to know before booking
- Check-In Time : 1 PM
- Check-Out Time : 10 AM
- Given the increased need for safety, hygiene and sanitization required at the villa, and for the safety of our guests and staff we cannot allow any early check-ins or late check-outs. The check-in and check-out timings mentioned online and in your confirmation email need to be followed.
- Outside food is not allowed in the villa.
- Since the access to the home is from the beach, guests won't be able to take their vehicles during High Tides. Please connect with our supervisors for the tide timings.
- Security Deposit to be paid via UPI only. We do not accept credit cards. Refund will be done in 24hr from checkout.
- Meals are mandatory at the villa and must be pre-booked at least 36–48 hours before check-in.
- Driving vehicles on the beach is strictly prohibited. The local authorities can take strict actions and SaffronStays will not intervene in the laws.
- Guests are not allowed to access the kitchen except for infants with prior permission.
- Guests cannot invite other guests and day visitors during their stay.
- Bachelor groups & stag parties are not allowed.
- We do not encourage parties and late-night revelry. Loud music is not permitted beyond 10 pm.
- Consumption of alcohol is permitted only within limits.
- Illegal activities including but not limited to carrying/consuming drugs/narcotics and carrying firearms/weapons are prohibited on the property. Management reserves the right to report any such activities to local authorities.
- Smoking within the villa/rooms is prohibited.
- Guests are requested to take care of all personal valuables. Management is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to any items.
- As required by law, every guest above 4 years must carry government-approved photo ID proof, that shows address. We accept only Aadhar Cards, Driving Licenses and Passports.
- Inappropriate behaviour or violation of any of the above House Rules will invite a polite refusal to accept a Booking. If already checked in, Management reserves the right to ask guests to leave.
- This is a 4 Bedroom villa.
- Guests will be charged a security deposit of Rs 5000/- per room.
- Sea Sparkle is located 58Kms from the Mandwa Jetty.
- Since the access to the home is from the beach, guests won't be able to take their vehicles during High Tides. Please connect with our supervisors for the tide timings.
- Security Deposit to be paid via UPI only. We do not accept credit cards. Refund will be done in 24hr from checkout.
- There is a cute Indie dog who does not cause trouble at all. If you are afraid of dogs, please let our caretakers know that they will ensure no interaction occurs during the stay.
- This home does not have a swimming pool.
- We do not have accommodation for drivers.
- Outside food is not allowed.
- Guests are not allowed to access the kitchen except for infants with prior permission.
- Guests cannot invite other guests and day visitors during their stay.

- Generators can be switched on in case of a power outage or fluctuations. However, power outages or fluctuations due to weather, regional restrictions, etc. are beyond our control. Hence, diesel charges for genset operation will need to be paid by the guests after 8 hours of usage, the prices for further usage will be INR 800 per hour. The genset needs to be switched off for 30 mins, after every two hours of usage, to avoid a breakdown.
- Considering the unique location of the villa, Internet connectivity can be affected due to the falling of trees, heavy rains or other causes
- As the monsoon season approaches and the coastal winds blow, we wanted to take a moment to inform you about a possibility that comes with this beautiful weather: power outages. At SaffronStays, your comfort and safety are our top priorities. In anticipation of potential power interruptions, our diligent villa staff will be on standby to ensure your stay remains uninterrupted. Our reliable power backup system will kick in swiftly. To maintain the stability of the backup system and protect all our guests, we kindly request your cooperation in refraining from using certain high-power-consuming appliances such as air conditioners and geysers during these periods.

Beautiful property, very tastefully decorated with a well maintained garden and patio right by the sea. the caretakers Sandeep and Raju gave top class service and provided lip smacking food.
Very nice and clean villa in front of beach. Staff is also very courteous and caring they are always ready to help you in all way. Food is also very tasty they maintains all hygienic condition. We enjoyed a lot.Sandipji care taker is very good in nature.

We had such a great time at this beachside villa! The place looks amazing — the design and vibe are just beautiful and made the stay super relaxing. It honestly felt really special to wake up right by the beach. The staff were also lovely, very helpful and flexible with our needs, which made everything smooth and easy. Just a little heads-up for future guests: you do drive about 300–400m on the beach to reach the villa, so good to plan for tides and car type. Overall, we loved our stay and would definitely recommend it! A 10/10 property.
We had a wonderful stay at SaffronStays near Alibaug. The property is serene, clean, and surrounded by nature—perfect for a relaxing getaway from the city. Villa location is very good...villa staff is extremely polite and kind...food is super yummm...but no pool so u have to entertain urself with activities... No AC in dining area so itz uncomfortable as itz very humid .. In all will I book this villa again? No....but I will always wish to have such wonderful staff n yumm food in all other stays.. what can i say about the place. its absolutely breathtaking. the place is a parsi bunglow. it is clean and spacious. i went there to celebrate my birthday and everybody absolutely enjoyed the place. best birthday celebrated ever the place is worth the price. all the staff are polite and make you feel home first we thought food is high charged but one afternoon we went for lunch outside thats when we found the diff go for the place you will make lots of joyful memories... you will feel to own such a place thanks to saffrons stays for listing the place..thanks team swapnil and all right from booking to checkout keep it up

The location is perfect to unwind from city life hustle...The house and location is better than pictures...food menu is limited but the chef's are good and taste feels like home. Bit of mosquito issue in place...rest all is pretty good...
Wow, this place was absolutely incredible for our family weekend getaway, including our two kids who had an absolute blast! The location right by the sea gave us breathtaking views that were worth the price alone, and the entire property was maintained to an exceptional standard of cleanliness that impressed even the pickiest members of our group. The spacious interior with its out-of-this-world decor meant that all 8 of us had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy ourselves without feeling cramped. Every corner was spotlessly clean, making our stay completely worry-free. The staff were amazingly helpful without being intrusive, always available when needed but giving us space to enjoy our family time. The food they prepared was seriously delicious, with everyone in our party raving about the meals. The combination of stunning seaside location, immaculate cleanliness, gorgeous interiors, and excellent service made this one of the best vacation rentals we've ever experienced.

Amazing Stay with Stunning Views This property is a gem, located right by the sea, offering breathtaking views. The serene ambiance makes it the perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of city life. Watching the sunrise and sunset directly from the room was a highlight of our stay. The property is thoughtfully designed with an open-concept layout that feels homely and inviting. They also offer a variety of games, ensuring plenty of options for relaxation and entertainment. The interior decor exudes a charming vintage vibe, featuring sea-themed accents like ship replicas and ceramic crabs, along with unique touches such as a chess set depicting Indians vs. British, vintage discs, CDs, books, and more. The food here was exceptional, with every dish prepared and presented with great care. Both the taste and presentation were impeccable. We loved the choice of dining options, including indoor and outdoor seating, as well as a sunset deck that added a magical touch to our meals. Access to the property is a unique experience, involving a quick and scenic drive along the beach. It’s also conveniently close to Alibaug, making it easily accessible. Overall, a wonderful getaway that we highly recommend for anyone seeking peace, comfort, and natural beauty.
